Howie Nave
Comedian / satirist / morning guy Howie Nave has been doing the funny thing for years now appearing on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” (the 2nd season) and has opened for a wide variety of artists ranging from Neil Young, Trisha Yearwood, Johnny Cash, Asleep At The Wheel and Kathy Mattea to Howie Mandell, Louie Anderson, Soupy Sales and Weird Al” Yankovic. While working the road Howie (an avid film affectiano) would call in film reviews to various radio stations around the country and reviews movies now on his morning show, “Howie’s Morning Rush” here on KRLT. Before the radio gig Howie was a regular on the nationally syndicated Dr. Demento radio program. Some of his original compositions include Your Father Was Once my Mother, I was Born the Wrong Religion all Because of Circumcision, I Want a Part Time Girl for Christmas, It’s Hard to be a Jewish Cowboy When You Want to Date a Country Girl, Freaks on the Internet and Post Academia Blues which was written after he graduated from Humboldt State University.Howie has a CD and DVD out and is featured in the comic cookbook, From the Stage to the Stove where comedians share their favorite recipes from all over the country while working the road. Being a huge Sci-fi fan hosting numerous Star Trek conventions and the annual Roswell, New Mexico Alien Encounter Extravaganza that takes place every Fourth of July weekend has prepared Howie to have his own morning show.
When not doing the morning show Howie is the host/emcee of The Improv six nights a week. He’s also active in the Lake Tahoe community hosting a series of benefit shows for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund, organizing a comedy golf tournament (and comedy performances) for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Relay-for-Life American Cancer and Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, the Angora Fire survivors in South Lake Tahoe and overaes enteratining the troops in Kuwait and Iraq.

Steve Harness
My name is Steve Harness and I’m your mid-day DJ here at KRLT. Not only do I babble every afternoon, but I’m also the program director for The Lake which means that amongst many other things, I pick all the music you hear through out the day. I started my radio career at the age of 17 while I was still in high school. I’ve worked in markets all over the country like Detroit, Baltimore, Seattle, San Francisco, and many more. When I was in Seattle I married the woman of my dreams and we have a beautiful little girl & boy now. We wanted to raise our kids near family, so several years ago we moved to my wife’s hometown of South Lake Tahoe… and the rest is history!
Look for me around town, or during the winter you can always find me on the local slopes! Email anytime at:steve@krltfm.com …Rock On!
Stacy Lynn
Born & raised in San Diego, i’ve spent most of my radio career in the southern california desert. I also jocked in Denver & Milwaukee. My favorite part of radio is the listeners! The people on the other side of the speakers make my day I can’t wait to talk to you! Punch me in weekdays, 2 to 7pm on KRLT, 93-9 The Lake!
